[[ 39 ]] Railwalking

Real and rational Love is stronger than any dogma, resentment, prejudice or fear.  It compels me far more than any of my mortal flaws. I'd gather that this quest is the source of all that animates me. Thus, my life choices are about that only - not polyamory, or Humanist values, or any secular thing. While my sky does include all these beautiful clouds, my perception of those lofty visions shifts and roils as my journey continues.

But if I had to choose one thing to champion, one message on which to hang my coat -- it would be the cause of Love.

This revelation however, only dawned upon me after I'd lost so much of my old self. My old life.
Now, I realize that even Science itself is merely dumb arithmetic without the grace of Love to imbue it. Aye.
We are passionate, irrational creatures - aloft in a world of facts and hopes... trying to discern the path we need to take. Trying to get from Here to There as reasonably intact and happy as possible.

We are all railwalking.

- C.D.

All boundaries are conventions, waiting to be transcended. One may transcend any convention if only one can first conceive of doing so.
Moments like this, I can feel your heart beating as clearly as I feel my own, and I know that separation is an illusion.

My life extends far beyond the limitations of me.
- Robert Frobisher, speaking in Cloud Atlas

“Our lives are not our own. We are bound to others, past and present, and by each crime and every kindness, we birth our future.”
― David MitchellCloud Atlas

Haskell Moore: There is a natural order to this world, and those who try to upend it do not fare well. This movement will never survive... if you join them you and your entire family will be shunned.
At best you will exist at pariah to be spat at and beaten, at worse to be lynched or crucified.

And for what, for what, no matter what you do it will never amount to anything more than a single drop in a limitless ocean.

Adam Ewing: What is an ocean but a multitude of drops?

  1. The Cause of LOVE. Where does love come from? We live on the planet earth. Satan is the Prince of this World. The prince of darkness. Christ is the Light of the World. We have only two choices. Good or Evil. God or Satan. Satan has no love for anything or anyone. GOD IS LOVE. Matthew 12:30 KJV: He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.

    1. My apologies! I didn't note your comment until just this evening! I only check on the blog when I'm about to post.

As for my love - it comes from me.
But yours is free to come from wherever you feel it's source.
I will accept that. Only you know, right?

My Reason and Empathy allow me to be deeply compassionate, starting with the understanding that I Don't Know What's Best For Other People. Until I've walked in your shoes, I can only offer a limited perspective on what's in your heart and ways.

As for God and Satan, who knows? You may be right, and I'll come to that same conclusion one day. But... I haven't yet.
      Give me time?
And in all fairness; perhaps you might change your views one day as well. Even if you believe your path to be narrow and difficult, I urge you: Explore All of It.

We're all Railwalking; we may not in the same place we were in just an hour ago. Allow me the opportunity to join you in your journey one day, or share a few steps with me as I search for my own path. Please and thank you, friend.
For such is the value of Companionship, and to every good man - and hour spent walking together can brighten even the darkest road.

Thank you for reading my words and expressing your views!
If you have a blog, let me know and I'll be sure to show you that same kind regard.

      Appreciately,
      -Charles
